Our food is that delicious, that we’re invited to other venues, at different events, to delight the guests. This was the trigger of creating Fratelli Catering. We are constantly developing new recipes, surprising even the most demanding consumers. The whole menu is a masterpiece, signed by our chef, Silviu Nedelea and we always personalize the menu for each event, based on guests preferences

"I work in the kitchen since I was 14 years old. I inherited the passion for cooking from my grandfather, who was also a chef. I spend every day learning, testing and cooking. For some clients, I am “Sushi Man”, for others ”Sarmale Man”(Cabbage Rolls Man), but for the most I am the man who loves international cuisine. There is no dish I don’t like cooking, because this occupation is no longer a passion, it’s my life.”
