Nothing brings people together like good food. That’s why I always like to ensure that everything that comes out of my kitchen becomes the base for a culinary experience to remember.

With an experience of over 18 years in catering Romania’s top events, I love being part of new challenges and constantly test my limits. I consider myself not only a strong leader, but also a good team player who has the experience required to create a stimulating, positive and energetic working atmosphere.
In my spare time, I love travelling & exploring foreign cuisines and new cultures. This hobby often inspires me to create new dishes which I can then test, play with, introduce in our menus and indulge your senses.
Our Chef Robert Vlad Petrescu
Chef Robert Vlad Petrescu is a renowned culinary talent, best known for winning MasterChef Romania 2017.

With a deep passion for food, Robert combines classic techniques with innovative flavors, offering a fresh perspective on both Romanian and international cuisines. His expertise goes beyond cooking, as he is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences. As part of the Fratelli Catering team, Robert brings his creativity and skill to every event, crafting bespoke menus and ensuring flawless execution, making each celebration truly exceptional.
