Casa Fratelli
A story of remarkable architecture, Romanian flavors and the joy of gathering around the table
/ ABOUT
Casa Fratelli Restaurant
Once the gathering place of Romania’s elite, Casa Fratelli carries the legacy of sophistication that first came to life within the historic Jockey Club. Built in 1881 by architect Filip Muntureanu for politician Dimitrie Giani, the residence at Strada Nicolae Golescu 9 stands as a landmark of Bucharest’s golden age, a house that has witnessed aristocratic soirées, royal visits and the birth of modern society.
Today, Casa Fratelli continues that tradition in a new language, the language of taste, creativity and culture. Dining here is a dialogue between past and present, where Romanian cuisine finds its modern expression through craftsmanship, memory and imagination.
Casa Fratelli is more than a restaurant. It is a living story of architecture, gastronomy and emotion, retold every day in the heart of the city.
