Carnivale Express

Carnivale Express means taste, aroma, freshness, home cooked meal and an endless journey through Romania.

Carnivale Express was opened in February 2023 at the Carnivale Food Market.

At Carnivale Express you’ll get to enjoy various Romanian cooked dishes, hot or cold, like zacusca, salata de vinete, bors moldovenesc and many others. Do not forget to try also when you pass by mamaliga, salata de ardei copti, ceafa de porc or costite glazurate. Each one of these traditional dishes represents a journey through the Romanian rich cuisine.
